Turkey Chili

INGREDIENTS
1 lb. ground turkey
3 celery ribs, 1 onion, 2 carrots
5 garlic cloves
2 tbsp. chili powder, 2 tsp. cumin, 1 tsp. coriander
12 oz. beer
1/2 cup hot sauce
15 oz. can tomato sauce
14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
METHOD
Step 1: Saute ground turkey in olive oil, salt and pepper and set aside.
Step 2: Melt 2 tbsp. of unsalted butter and saute diced celery, onion and carrots.
Step 3: Add 5 garlic cloves and all the ground spices in the center of the pan.
Step 4: Add can of beer to deglaze the pan.
Step 5: Add hot sauce, tomato sauce and diced tomatoes
Step 6: Blend with emulsion blender and add ground turkey.
