
Chicken & Orzo Soup

Ingredients
2 bone-in Chicken Breasts from Whole Foods
1 leek
3 carrots
3 celery cticks
3 garlic cloves
6 cups of chicken broth
thyme and parsley bundle
1 package of orzo
1 cup white wine
Method
Brown chicken breasts in a large dutch oven, remove
Add diced leek, carrots and celery and cook till tender
Add garlic and cook until tender
Add 1 cup of white wine and deglaze the pan
Add chicken and chicken broth and add water to cover chicken
Add thyme and parsley bundle
Cook 1 hour in 350 degree oven
Remove from oven and add orzo, let sit for 20 minutes until orzo is plump
Remove chicken from pot and shred, then add back to pot
